UN school in Gaza hit by shelling for second time

A United Nations school sheltering people who have fled Israeli airstrikes in Gaza has been hit by shelling from Israeli shelling, the UN said.

Fighting has now been raging for 16 days and has left more than 650 dead.

Save the Children: Gaza is 'craving a ceasefire'

Civilians in Gaza are "craving a ceasefire" with Israel as the escalating violence threatens more lives, Save the Children have said.

The charity's Head of Conflict, George Graham, told Good Morning Britain they were unable to get medicine and food to those most in need in Gaza because the area had become so dangerous.
