Scotland's Ross Murdoch fought back tears on the podium as he picked up his Commonwealth gold, after winning the 200m breaststroke.
Thrilled Murdoch said: "There's no way that just happened. I can't believe it. That was amazing. It's a dream come true".
He told the BBC: "It's my grandad's 70th birthday today so that swim was for him."
Pop princess Kylie stole the show as she closed what has been dubbed the 'best ever' Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
The Jamaican sprinter said the only negative at the Commonwealth Games was the weather, as he hailed the "brilliant" event in Glasgow.
Pop princess Kylie will be top of the bill tonight as the Commonwealth Games comes to a close.
