Up to 200 people have been evacuated from their homes in Derbyshire after a "potentially volatile substance" was found in a flat, police said.
Residents living with 100 metres of the property in Newhall were asked to leave after the substance was discovered this afternoon, the Derbyshire Constabulary said in a statement.
