Woman waits three hours for ambulance after collapse

A woman was forced to wait for more three hours for an ambulance to arrive after collapsing on a London street.

The incident was witnessed by ITV News' London Correspondent Simon Harris who tweeted pictures as police waited for help in Hanwell, west London.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: "Our officers came across a woman who was intoxicated. They were concerned for her welfare so London Ambulance Service were called."
