Sports fans who miss the Commonwealth Games sessions due to public transports delays can apply for a refund, organisers have said.
Applications, which should be made by email, will be considered on a "case-by-case" basis.
The policy will apply to people who experienced delays at Hampden Park, causing them to miss the start of the athletics on Sunday.
Spectators seeking a refund are being asked to hold on to their tickets and email firstname.lastname@example.org if requesting a refund.
A Glasgow 2012 spokeswoman said no refunds would be issued at ticket offices or venues.
