The first two Welsh swimmers to win gold medals for swimming in 40 years at the Commonwealth Games have said how having the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in the audience "gave us a boost".
Jazz Carlin, who won gold in the 800m freestyle and silver in 400m freestyle, said the team "wanted to put on a good show" for the royal couple.
