British Olympic silver medalist Emma Pooley has won Commonwealth silver for England in the women's 30km time-trial.
The London-born rider announced on Tuesday she will retire from cycling after Sunday's team road race at the Commonwealth Games.
The 31-year-old will concentrate on triathlon and running in the future.
Pooley led the way for some of the race, but New Zealand's Linda Villumsen dug deep in the final stages to take gold.
Pop princess Kylie stole the show as she closed what has been dubbed the 'best ever' Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
The Jamaican sprinter said the only negative at the Commonwealth Games was the weather, as he hailed the "brilliant" event in Glasgow.
Pop princess Kylie will be top of the bill tonight as the Commonwealth Games comes to a close.
