The massive reconstruction effort in Gaza may never happen unless Israel overturns a seven-year blockade which currently prevents building materials being allowed in.
Many displaced families, whose homes are now rubble, have been forced to take shelter in UN schools but many of these have been hit by Israeli fire in recent weeks.
Those living there say there is also barely enough food to go round.
