A Russian convoy with 280 heavy trucks containing humanitarian aid for Ukraine has departed from Moscow, according local news agency Itar-TASS.
"It has all been agreed with Ukraine," Business FM radio quoted President Vladimir Putin's spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, as saying.
