The head of pro-Russian rebel group in Ukraine's Luhansk region has resigned, Russian media has reported.
Valery Bolotov, the head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, is the second senior separatist official to resign in a week.
The chief separatist in neighbouring Donetsk region, Aleksandar Borodai, announced he was stepping down last week.
