Judge to decide if Dewani case should be dismissed

A judge in South Africa will decide later if the case against Shrien Dewani should be thrown out.

The care home boss has always denied plotting to kill his new wife Anni during their honeymoon in Cape Town four years ago.

Three men have already been jailed over the murder, which prosecutors claim was set up by bisexual Dewani to get out of his marriage.

If judge Jeanette Traverso feels there is insufficient evidence to support the claims she could direct a not guilty verdict, which would see Dewani walk free.
