Rutherford helps GB athletes to record 12 Euro golds

British athletes have won a record-breaking 12 gold medals at the European Athletics Championships after winning five golds on the final day of competition in Zurich.

Mo Farah, Greg Rutherford, the men's 400m relay quartet and both sprint relay teams all won their events on Sunday to beat the previous GB record of nine golds.
