Twitter users who post graphic images of the apparent beheading of US journalist James Foley will be suspended, the organisation's chief executive announced.
The Islamic State released a video entitled "A message to America" appearing to show the execution of the 40-year-old last night.
Dick Costolo said Twitter had already suspended accounts showing the images.
