Icons from the world of cinema including Mia Farrow and Sir Roger Moore have paid tribute to Lord Richard Attenborough after his death.
Farrow, who starred with Lord Attenborough in 1964 film Guns at Batasi, described him as the "kindest man I have ever had the privilege of working with".
