Three men charged with murder following a fatal flat fire in Derbyshire are due to appear in court today.
Peter Eyre, 43, and Anthony Eyre, 21, both from Sandiacre, and Simon Eyre, 24, from Long Eaton, have each been charged with three counts of murder. They are scheduled to appear at Chesterfield Magistrates Court this morning.
Teenage friends Edward Green and Amy Smith, and her six-and-a-half-month-old daughter Ruby-Grace Gaunt, died when the fire broke out at their home in Langley Mill.
