The latest RICS Housing Market Survey for Wales shows that house prices have continued to fall.
Almost a fifth more surveyors reported seeing a decrease, which is being described as the most positive reading since January last year.
While demand in the Welsh property market remained stable last month, more surveyors are predicting that the number of properties being sold will go down in the next three months.

There has been a gentle increase in activity across the market in the early part of the year but it remains to be seen is whether this can continue, given the changes in the Budget and ongoing problems affecting the economy.
As the stamp duty holiday comes to an end, new buyer enquires in Wales remained positive with four per cent more surveyors reporting increases in demand.
