Welsh businesses have revealed how they are holding back on investments and avoiding taking on staff because of the Euro crisis and the lowest business confidence in any of the UK nations.
They say that business uncertainty is hitting the economy and stifling jobs and growth.
They are also warning that a so-called 'living wage' that's higher that the statutory minimum would harm recruitment.
