Nicholas John Lewis was cleared by a jury in 2009 of charges of indecent assault. Today the General Teaching Council of Wales upheld allegations that he'd behaved inappropriately with children at a primary school in Cardiff

This was serious misconduct which took place over a number of years."There has been no expression of regret or apology from Mr Lewis."We cannot be satisfied that this will not happen again. He remains a continuing risk to the wellbeing of pupils.
