It's almost two weeks since April Jones went missing in Machynlleth and today, around Wales people have been raising money for the fund set up in her name.

In South and West Wales they wore April's favourite colour to show solidarity with her family.

In Penarth a special charity walk was organised to raise money for the April Jones Fund. Organiser Natalie Speake said she wanted to show her support for April's family, and the volunteers who have been searching for her.

More than 200 people turned out to release pink balloons for April.

In West Wales, around 30 caravans travelled in convoy from Cross Hands to Aberystwyth collecting money along the route for the April Jones Fund.

Meanwhile the search for the 5-year-old in her home town is now almost complete Police will now start to focus on the surrounding area for clues and say the search will continue at the same intensity.
