Campaign to save historic Nantymoel miners institute

People living in a village near Bridgend have launched a last minute campaign to try and save a historic miners institute. The Berwyn Centre in Nantymoel is due to close next week with demolition starting early next month.

The local council say it would cost almost £2million to repair and update, but many in the community say its one of the last links to their past.
