A foggy start for many parts of Wales today

Fog that formed overnight is expected to linger and only lift into cloud during the day. Meanwhile the more southeasterly flow of air hints that in the lee of the hills, the Cardigan Bay coast, could see the best of any brightness later in the day. It will feel cooler with highs of 9-10C.

Friday will finally see a bigger change in the weather. A rain band will push in from the north and west eventually clearing on Saturday. Once that band clears we'll see some sunshine returning.
