Winds of 64mph blast the north!

Capel Curig heads the leader board today on wind speeds - 64mph earlier this morning, with Anglesey coming in second at 54mph! Certainly enough to blow away the cobwebs! So here's how things are shaping up for the next 24 hours;

Today: Wet, windy weather in the west will spread east to affect all of Wales by the afternoon, with occasional heavy rain and gales in some areas, both easing later. Maximum Temperature 13 °C.

Tonight: Rain easing as it spreads east, leaving drier, cloudy conditions for most. Further rain pushing up from the southwest later in the night, with gales in places. Mild and frost-free. Minimum Temperature 9 °C.

Tuesday: Remaining unsettled, with limited brighter spells. Strong winds will affect much of Wales, coupled with further pulses of rain spreading northeast. Feeling mild in shelter from the wind. Maximum Temperature 14 °C.
