'Cat burglar' caught in the act

The cause of a 'crime wave' in a West Wales village has been uncovered – and the culprit has four legs.

Washing has been disappearing from gardens in Llanwrda in Carmarthenshire and it seems Wogan the cat is responsible.

The feline felon has been collecting items of clothing to bring back to his owner Hollie Evans. The cat’s criminal activity was uncovered after a trap was laid for Wogan. A tea towel with a message written on it was left out in a nearby garden and Wogan brought, it home confirming him as the cat burglar.

He had taken lots of socks, childrens tops,vest tops and adult vest tops. You tend to get mens and womens underwear, childrens tops and t-shirts and even we get men's jumpers as well.
