It may not be wall to wall sunshine over the next few days, temperatures are certainly on the up. High pressure is in control of the weather keeping things generally dry and settled but also drawing mild but moist air from the south.
Tonight a mainly cloudy night with a few breaks but it will be rather mild and muggy with temperatures remaining in the teens for most place. With light breezes around expect some mist and fog patches developing.
Monday starts of slowly with mist lifting in to cloud, but throughout the morning some of the cloud will break to brighter and sunnier spells. Temperatures rise rapidly in the sunnier slots with highs of 21C that's 70F.
Tuesday is expected to be another settled and warm day with showers around on Wednesday. There's a chance of a more sustained spell of rain on Thursday.
