Alex Gibson, from Bangor, found the bullying she endured at work as a result of her disabilities unacceptable. When her complaints didn't work, Alex began a law degree so she could fight her former bosses in court.
She not only won crucial parts of her discrimination case - she also gained a first class law degree from her hometown university.
Alex - who lives with dyslexia - faced humiliation including being made to read notes in front of colleagues.
