Overnight a band of rain pushes up and across the country. Tucked in this band will be some heavier pulses of rain during the night. In spite of the wet weather it continues to be mild with lows of 12-14C.
Wednesday is a proper mixed bag of weather with plenty of cloud around but a few breaks to allow for some bright spells. Along with the scattered showers there will be some more organised showers drifting into south Wales later in the day.
It will continue to be milder than normal with highs again of 18C.
Thursday sees a warning in force to be aware of a spell of heavy rain. Friday sees a return to sunny spells and showers and Saturday at present looks like it's going to look brighter and more settled.
