It's been a mild, mainly cloudy and sometimes damp end to the week. Overnight more rain will push eastwards across Wales before turning showery behind. It will be mild with lows of 11C.
Saturday starts rather cloudy with showers. As the day progresses a band of organised, more heavy showers pushes across the country bringing some brief but torrential downpours. There could be some rumbles of thunder mixed in too. Highs of 17C but feeling cooler in the breeze and showers.
Sunday sees more sunny spells and heavy showers around. Again sometimes these could be rather thundery in nature. The showers continue into next week too but a generally southerly flow of means it's going to remain on the mild side.
