Sunny spells and heavy showers

Overnight will see more coastal showers pushing in from the Irish Sea, some of these will be heavy. The northwesterly wind will bring cooler air to Wales giving us lows of 6C by dawn.

Tuesday sees some sunshine to start the day, but showers will already be floating around. A fresh and blustery start to the day with 30mph winds and becoming quite gusty. The wind will add to the chilly feel with highs of 11C.

There's more rain in the forecast for the latter part of Wednesday which lingers in to Thursday and more showers over the next few days.
