The family of a seven year old boy from Cardiff have vowed to fight on for justice following his death nine days after undergoing heart surgery.
Luke Jenkins, from St Mellons, was born with a heart defect. He died after suffering a cardiac arrest at Bristol Childrens' hospital in March last year.
Today a coroner ruled that there was no evidence of "gross failure" in the care he received.
In a statement earlier, Laurence Vick, the family solicitor says 'some questions the family feel have been answered, some haven't.'
He added that the family "remain convinced" that their son's death was "avoidable".
