A rather cloudy start to the evening. However, rain across the west will spread across all parts by midnight, along with strengthening winds. The rain will be fairly patchy, but a few heavier bursts are possible, especially later on. Minimum temperature 6 deg C (43 deg F).

Thursday:

Any rain in the east soon clearing. Then a blustery day with scattered showers, some of which could be heavy, but with some sunny spells in between. Maximum temperature 11 deg C (52 deg F).

Outlook for Friday to Sunday:

Windy with blustery showers on Friday, wintry on hills. Fewer showers Saturday, with a largely dry and bright afternoon. Becoming wet and windy again for Sunday.
