More than a thousand people have now signed a petition to save a children's holiday camp from closure.
The Salford site in Prestatyn has been providing holidays for under-privileged children for almost 90 years.
The council says it can no longer provide money for the trust behind it. But campaigners are hopeful they can find the funds to keep it running.

A little girl came - she had a carrier bag.
Inside it she had a vest, a pair of knickers and half a crown. When she spent her half crown on the first day we asked her why - she said cos I've got brothers and sisters at home who're not having a holiday.
