Any showers in the east will clear away by 7pm to leave a dry evening with plenty of sunshine throughout the country.
Clear skies will cause temperatures to drop quite significantly overnight meaning a risk of widespread ground frost in more rural areas.
Mist patches are also likely to form in the west during the early hours but these will clear away reasonably quickly to leave a sunny morning.
It is likely to feel quite chilly at first but will warm up by lunchtime.
By tomorrow afternoon there will be plenty of sunshine throughout the country and in the light winds it will feel particularly warm with highs of 14 degrees Celsius along the western coast and 17 degrees Celsius inland.
A cloudier and milder night expected tomorrow but these clouds will burn away reasonably quickly on Thursday to leave another pleasant, warm and sunny day with highs of 18 degrees Celsius.
A similar story on Friday and Saturday although we could see one or two light and isolated showers over central areas of Wales by Friday afternoon.
Between these showers there will be plenty of sunshine and temperatures reaching 19 degrees Celsius.
