Fine and dry weather lasting into the weekend

Low cloud and outbreaks of rain will develop over some western coasts and upslopes this evening. Clearer spells elsewhere, bringing a local grass frost, and the risk of mist or fog patches. Minimum temperature 3 °C.

Early mist and fog will clear on Thursday. Then dry with clouds breaking to bring warm sunny spells. These most prolonged along the south coast, but with a cooling sea breeze. Maximum temperature 19 °C.
