Not only did the Swans pull in another three points and perch briefly at the very top of the Premier League this weekend but they have also achieved four out of four victories at the start of the season not equalled since the 1923/24 season when the Swans were in Division three (South) There can't be many fans around from that era but yesterday the Swans started out creating another chapter in the club's history.
Dyer was in fine form after a goal in the second minute and another in the 71 st while Roultledge scorched a blinder in to make it two on the 24th minute giving the fans a warm glow going into half time
West Brom's manager Alan Irvine could do no more than admit his side got off to the sort of bad start they would have real trouble in recovering from despite a more confident approach in the second half.
Given the fine form of some of the Swans English players like Dyer and Shelvey its been a talking point given the International break ahead why they still havent had the call up to the Englad squad ?
And, of course after the International break, which in many ways causes an interruption to the momentum the Swans have been building, the next game is against the mighty Chelsea at Stamford bridge. Any predictions Garry??
