RSPCA Cymru is appealing for information after a dog was found tied to a fence in a layby near Colwyn Bay in Conwy.

The dog was found with a red harness and lead, but didn’t have a microchip or identification.

He was found on Llanrwst Road on Wednesday 8th December by a member of the public.

The dog, a brindle and white American Bulldog cross, is very friendly.

He may have run off or got lost from his owner and someone found him and tied him to the fence.

Or sadly he could have been just left there on his own, abandoned.

We are appealing for information to try and track the owner of this dog down. They could be desperately searching for him.

– RSPCA inspector Mike Pugh

Anyone who may have information about this dog and knows who his owner is should contact the RSPCA on 0300 123 8018.
