A main road in Cardiff city centre is closed following concerns a three-storey building could collapse.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said the rear of a building on the street has 'partially collapsed'.
No-one is believed to be injured or trapped in the incident and no other surrounding buildings were damaged.
The closure is currently causing delays and congestion with buses being diverted away from the area.
The fire service said it left the scene at around 09:30am and the building was left to be dealt with by the construction company.
