100-year-old Stan Edmunds from Hengoed, South Wales may be the oldest person to have ever travelled on the Snowdon Mountain Railway to the Snowdon Summit.

It was Stan's first visit up Snowdon.

He travelled on a coach party from Scunthorpe along with his carer, Tracey.

It was lovely and steep!

I’m over 21, so I thought I better take a break.

I stay very active, I'm going dancing tonight.

Stan lives alone, he's able to look after himself.

We just go in to make sure he's got something to eat.

Stan met lots of nice people on his holiday, he’s made fabulous friends.
