Kensington Palace said that both Prince Harry and Meghan have taken a great deal of interest and care in choosing the music for their service.

It will include a number of well-known hymns and choral works.

Elin Manahan Thomas is a Welsh soprano, best known for her performances of Baroque masterpieces, alongside classical and contemporary works.

She is an Honorary Fellow at RWCMD, and at the Universities of Swansea and Bangor, and is currently Artist in Residence at Bangor Music Festival.

I’m thrilled to have been asked to sing at such a momentous occasion.

It’s always an honour to be invited to be a part of a wedding, and getting to share in a couple’s big day is very special.

I know that the eyes of the world will be on Windsor on May 19th, and I wish everyone involved all the best in the upcoming preparations!
