The family and friends of Chantelle Madonia have been raising money for the British Heart Foundation in her memory.

Chantelle died from atrial septal defect, also known as hole in the heart.

The 23-year-old from Cardiff was travelling in Australia when she died in her sleep.

Her family said she died doing what she loved.

The money they have raised will go towards potentially life-saving research.
