Known for his crazy stunts on the TV show, Dirty Sanchez, Mathew Pritchard is living a very different life these days..

He trains twice a day, six days a week and often takes his dog with him on runs or mountain climbs.

In 2016, he completed 30 half iron man challenges in just a month. The previous world record was 22.

Mathew says his old lifestyle of constantly partying began to take a toll on his health.

All those years of Sanchez, partying and doing that kind of stuff slowly but surely caught up with me.

The fame and the money and the partying and everything just took over. It took over my life.

Although Mathew says he still enjoys a party, he says his focus is on training first.

He says his healthier life has made him happier and taking on new challenges, like the iron man, keeps him focused.

I know what makes me happy.

If I'm with my dog I'm happy. We climb mountains, we go for walks, we go for swims. He keeps me happy. Training keeps me happy.

Life is pretty good at the moment.
