Independent care providers in Wales have given their support to the Welsh Government's plans to reform social services.
Care Forum Wales, which represents more than 500 members, said the legislation could "end the post code lottery that has plagued social care services".
The Bill would give people the ability to opt out of receiving care from their local authority, and choose another provider instead.
