Sir Terry tops Rich List

The Sunday Times has published its 2012 rich list. Sir Terry Matthews, the owner of the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, has again become the richest person in Wales. Catherine Zeta-Jones and Sir Tom Jones, are also in the Welsh top 12
