Cardiff Prison restaurant: "It's not a gimmick"
Chef Al Crisci, who came up with the Clink prison restaurant concept, says the project isn't "a gimmick".
"We want customers to come in because of the ambiance, the service, the quality of food... not because the prisoners are working here" he says.
"We need to stand on our own two feet."
