Cardiff's prison restaurant

A new restaurant has opened at a Welsh jail, where the food is prepared and served by inmates.

'The Clink Cymru' - based at Cardiff Prison - is the second of its kind to open in the UK. Our Correspondent Carl Edwards reports

Chef Al Crisci, who came up with the Clink prison restaurant concept, says the project isn't "a gimmick".

"We want customers to come in because of the ambiance, the service, the quality of food... not because the prisoners are working here" he says.

"We need to stand on our own two feet."
