An agreement which will develop skills in Wales' energy sector is being signed today.
Anglesey will be the focus for the training programme which it's hoped will bring new investment and jobs.
The island is currently waiting for a decision on whether a new power plant will be build at Wylfa, with bidders for that due to be announced later.
Philip Steele, from campaign group 'People Against Wylfa B' , opposes plans for a new nuclear plant.
"A lot of the jobs will be going to people with no connection to the local area at all and contractors have already found this", he claims.
