A pioneering scheme has been launched near Port Talbot which could open up a new industry worth a billion pounds a year, and revolutionise the construction industry.
The scheme would see commercial buildings covered with coated steel or glass that generates its own electricity. £20m of public and private money is being spent on the project. It is hoped up to 10,000 jobs will be created across the UK. Esyllt Carr finds out more.
