What a difference a day makes!

Roads: Rhondda Cynon Taff

South Wales Police say driving conditions have proved difficult on high ground in the Rhondda Cynon Taff Area. Certain area of Merthyr, Aberdare, Ferndale, together with the Bwlch and Rhigos mountain roads have been affected with patches of black ice. Motorists are requested to drive with caution.

Today: Any early freezing fog patches should clear to leave a dry and fine day with sunny spells. Despite the sunshine it will remain cold, accentuated by the increasing southeasterly wind later. Maximum Temperature 5 °C.
