Members of the Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue team will take part in a New Year's Day swim to help raise money for new equipment.
The rescuers will take a dip in the Snowdonia lake, Llyn Ogwen.
They're hoping to raise enough money to buy an industrial-strength dehumidifier to dry out their equipment after rescues,
