Swansea City are through to their first league cup final at Wembley, after holding Chelsea to a draw at the Liberty Stadium. Chelsea's Eden Hazard has apologised after he was sent off for appearing to kick a Swansea ball boy during the match.

Swansea City host Chelsea tonight in the second leg of the Capital One Cup semi-final, despite the freezing conditions.

The Swans hold a 2-0 lead from the first leg. If they can overcome the European Champions tonight they will reach their first major final in their 100-year history.

Swansea welcome Chelsea to the Liberty Stadium this evening for the second leg of the Capital One Cup semi-final.

The Swans are in a strong position, after winning their first leg match against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge two weeks ago.

A goal by Danny Graham in the dying minutes of the game resulted in a full-time score of 2-0 to the Swans.

They'll be hoping for a repeat performance on home ground tonight.
