Ian Watkins' solicitor says he "furiously denies" the six charges he faces of sexual offences against children, which include conspiring to rape a child.

Mr Watkins furiously denies all of the charges and allegations made.

He intends to fight to the bitter end to clear his name.

A case against Welsh rock star Ian Watkins, who is accused of sexual offences against children, has been adjourned.

The Lostprophets singer, who is 35 and from Pontypridd, will appear again at Cardiff Crown Court in the week commencing 20 May.

Mr Watkins faces six charges in total, including conspiring to rape a girl under the age of 13.

A 24-year-old woman and a 20-year-old woman are also accused of sexual offences against children.
