Zip wire launch postponed due to high winds
The media launch of am enormous new zip wire at Penrhyn quarry near Bethesda has been postponed today due to high winds.
'Zip World' is due to open to the public on Saturday.

The media are being given a preview of the largest zip wire in the northern hemisphere which will open to the public this weekend. The new attraction is at the disused Penrhyn quarry near Bethesda in north Wales.
Local tourist bosses hope Zip World will provide a boost for the area, which already markets itself as an outdoor adventure destination.
